Buying an Elementi fire pit should feel exciting, effortless, and premium. Here’s exactly what happens from the moment you place your order to the moment you’re enjoying real flames in your garden.
1. Choose Your Fire Pit & Accessories
Before checkout, decide which accessories will elevate your setup:
- Stainless Steel Lid – Turns your fire pit into a functional table when not in use and protects the burner.
- Glass Wind Guard – Helps keep the flame stable on breezy evenings and improves fuel efficiency.
- Tank Cover – Stylishly hides your propane cylinder while doubling as a side table.
- Gas Conversion Kit – If you’re deciding to convert your propane (LPG) set up over to natural gas (LPG).

2. Fast, Flexible Delivery Options
After ordering your Elementi fire pit, you can choose between:
- Standard Delivery (3–5 Days)
- Next-Day Delivery (if you need it sooner)
- White Glove Service (Limited Postcodes)
We’ll ship your fire pit securely on a pallet to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
3. Delivery — What Happens
A courier will contact you to arrange a delivery time slot. You can choose:
Courier Delivery
- Your fire pit will arrive via tail-lift truck.
- The driver will deliver kerbside, meaning to the nearest safe point at the front of your property.
- Because fire pits are heavy, you’ll need 2–3 people to move it to your desired location.
White Glove Delivery (Premium Service)
- We bring your fire pit into your garden.
- We position it exactly where you want it.
- We fully unpack it and take all the packaging away.
- Setup is included, except for providing the LPG tank and natural gas conversions (since we are not registered gas engineers).
4. Setup & Ignition
Once your fire pit is in position:
- Connect the unit to your propane gas tank (or have a qualified engineer connect natural gas).
- Ensure the AAA battery is inserted correctly into the “hand screwable” ignition button cap, with the plastic wrapper removed.
- Push the ignite button, turn the control dial, wait a moment, and your fire pit will come to life.
